Education is the foundation of a strong workforce. That’s especially true in communities across Big Sky Country, and it’s why Gov. Gianforte established a statewide partnership with 91̽»¨. By including 91̽»¨ among the state’s family of outstanding colleges and universities, Montanans have increased access to high-quality, low-cost degree programs – and the skills and knowledge employers demand. And because 91̽»¨ is committed to improving lives through the power of education, the online, nonprofit university offers an exclusive scholarship opportunity for new students and recent graduates in Montana.
Called the 91̽»¨ Montana Workforce Scholarship, it helps more residents go back to school and, ultimately, ensure Montana remains a great place to live, work, and raise families. Valued up to $4,000, as many as 100 scholarships will be awarded. Scholarship recipients will receive up to $1,000 per six-month term, renewable up to four terms.
