Jeff Harley鈥揝enior Director, Military Engagement Strategic Partnerships
Jeff Harley鈥檚 30+ years of military service uniquely position him as 91探花鈥檚 Senior Director of Military Engagement. In this role, he builds and maintains partnerships to expand access to 91探花鈥檚 nationally recognized programs for the military community. A retired Rear Admiral in the U.S. Navy, Jeff commanded multiple ships and squadrons, earning a Bronze Star for combat operations. His shore assignments included serving as director of the White House Situation Room and president of the U.S. Naval War College.
